How to buy
Our dolls and toys can be ordered through our online shop. Orders take between 2 to 6 weeks to be made depending on demand. If you require an order for delivery earlier, leave as a message at checkout so we can prioritise your order.
Throughout the year we attend various event markets, market pre-orders and pick ups are available. This is a great way to save on postage and to ensure your are not disappointed by your favourite toy not being available at a market. Our range is constantly growing and its impossible to have every Miss Molly design at a particular market, so if you find something online you would like to pick up at a market let us know so we can make sure there is one available for you.
Our retail stockists are growing, keep an eye out for our stockists page coming soon, buying from our stockists is a great way to purchase ready to go toys.
We can make your toys bespoke if you'd prefer certain timbers or painted colourings, please let us know when ordering so we can create your toy exactly as you would like.
How to Pay?
Payments will be processed in our online shop platform through PayPal. When ordering via email or direct messaging payments can be made through PayPal invoices, direct bank transfer or credit card phone payments via Square.
We also offer payment plans via PayPal invoicing. If you'd like to break your order into a number of payments place your order via email or direct messaging.
Our market stalls accept cash and card payments via Square.
Nationwide delivery is $10 flat rate for all parcels. Postage times are variable, however allow 2 to 10 days depending on your delivery area. All nationwide deliveries are with Australian Post and have tracking, your parcels tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
We don't offer Express Post due to being based in a rural area and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
For our local customers of East Gippsland, toys can be picked up from our workshop in Bairnsdale. Message us directly for further details. If you process your order online via the shop, we will refund any postage charges if you choose this option. Or you can pay in cash or Square in person.
We do sell out toys internationally with prior arrangement. Please message us directly if you are overseas and wish to purchase our toys.
Refunds & Exchanges
Our intention is to create heirloom quality toys that will last generations. If your toy arrives with an issue we will certainly replace it. However we don't offer exchanges, so we advise that you make your choices carefully. We are here to answer any questions you may have about an item, so feel free to message us.
