How to buy wooden toys?

Wooden toys can be ordered directly through our website or via direct messaging. All of our wooden toys available online are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks lead time excluding shipping. When you purchase or place a custom order we will email you directly to advise on completion times. In some circumstances stock is available for immediate dispatch. If you require an order for delivery earlier than the 2 week production time, message us before purchasing, we may be able to prioritise your order.

Throughout the year  we attend various makers markets, we do offer market pre-orders and pick ups. This is a great way to save on postage and to ensure your are not disappointed by your favourite toy not being available at a market. Our range is constantly growing and its impossible to have every Miss Molly design at a particular market.

How to buy Soft Toys?

Miss Molly's dolls and woollen toys are only sold as ready to go completed pieces. Available dolls will be listed on the website or at various markets. To see when new dolls and woollen toys are about to be listed it is best to follow our social media. 

How to Pay?

PayPal and credit card payments are available for online purchases. If you are organising your order via email messages you can pay via PayPal invoicing, credit card phone payments or direct bank transfer. 

We also offer payment plans via PayPal invoicing. If you'd like to break your order into a number of payments place your order via direct messaging. 

Our market stalls accept cash and have credit card facilities via Square. 

Shipping Information

Nationwide delivery is $10 flat rate for all parcels. Postage times are variable, however allow 2 to 10 days depending on your delivery area. All nationwide deliveries are with tracking, your parcels tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

We don't offer Express Post due to being based in a rural area and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post.

International delivery is $25 flat rate for all parcels, with New Zealand flat rate at $15. We post internationally via Australia Post. Unfortunately we don't offer tracking on our flat rate postage, however it can be organised with an additional charge.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our intention is to create heirloom quality toys that will last generations. If your toy arrives with an issue we will certainly replace it. However we don't offer exchanges, so we advise that you make your choices carefully. We are here to answer any questions you may have about an item, so feel free to message us.
